This policy explains how huiyaoflooring.com uses cookies and browser storage. A cookie is a small text file stored by a website in your browser. Local storage is a related browser technology that can retain data on your device without using a cookie.
Inquiry Form Recovery
If a submission fails, a temporary cookie helps restore your entries so you do not have to fill in the form again. It lasts for up to 20 minutes and is cleared after a successful submission.
Your Saved Court Design
The Court Designer stores the working court design and studio settings in your browser’s local storage. This lets the browser restore your draft on the same device. The local draft stays on that device until you clear the site’s stored data or your browser removes it. It is not sent to Huiyao merely because you use the designer.
If you choose Share Design, the current design configuration is sent to the website and stored so the short link can work. This is server storage rather than a cookie. Shared designs do not include a custom logo or contact details.
Managing Stored Data
You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings. Clearing the Court Designer’s local storage removes the draft saved on that device. Blocking or clearing the short-lived inquiry recovery cookie may prevent the site from restoring entered fields after a failed submission, but it does not prevent you from sending a new inquiry.
Third-Party Websites
Links to external services, including WhatsApp, take you to services with their own cookies and privacy practices. Huiyao does not control the storage used by those external websites.
Changes and Contact
We may update this policy if the website’s storage or tracking technologies change. For questions, email info@huiyaoflooring.com or use the contact page.
Website Analytics and Your Choices
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and successful inquiries. Google Tag Manager manages the analytics tag and loads only when Analytics is allowed. We do not send your name, email address, WhatsApp number, inquiry text, uploaded files or court design to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Campaign Attribution is a separate, optional choice. It lets Huiyao remember campaign codes, advertising click identifiers where present, the referring website and the entry page during your browsing session. If you send an inquiry, this information is included with your private inquiry record to help us understand how you found us.
Ad Measurement is another optional choice and also enables Analytics. When allowed, Google Analytics and Google Ads may use advertising click identifiers and successful inquiry events to attribute results to ads. This does not enable remarketing, personalized advertising, Google Signals or contact-data matching. An earlier Analytics or Campaign Attribution choice does not grant Ad Measurement permission.
Choose Reject All to decline optional storage, Customize to choose each purpose, or Accept All to allow all optional purposes. Your choice is remembered for up to six months. You can change or withdraw it through Cookie Settings in the footer without affecting your ability to browse or send an inquiry.
When allowed, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies, which expire after up to two years. Advertising measurement may use _gcl_* cookies to remember ad clicks. Campaign source information is held in session storage for up to 24 hours, or until the browser session ends. Withdrawing a choice stops the corresponding collection and clears its browser storage. Information already included in an inquiry is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Google may process measurement data outside your country. See Google’s Privacy Policy for information about its handling of data.
