When you send a project, quotation, sample or distributor inquiry, we may collect:

- Your email address, WhatsApp or phone number.
- Your application, product system, and model or finish of interest.
- Your project area, timeframe, request type and project details.
- Drawings or photographs you choose to upload.
Required fields are identified on the form. Please do not upload medical records, identity documents, payment card details or other sensitive personal information.
Information About Your Visit
We may record the page you contacted us from and how you reached it to understand your request. We also use connection information to protect the website against misuse. If a submission fails, the form may temporarily remember your entries so you do not have to enter them again.
Court Designer Data
The Court Designer saves your working design in your browser on your device. That local draft is not sent to Huiyao merely because you use the designer. If you choose Share Design, the site stores a copy of the design configuration and creates a short link. Shared configurations do not include a custom logo or contact details. Anyone who receives the link may be able to view the design, so do not place confidential information in a shared design. Shared designs remain available until they are revoked or deleted.
How We Use Information
We use inquiry information to review your requirements, respond to you, prepare product, sample, design, quotation, or distributor discussions, keep a record of the conversation, protect the form from misuse, and maintain the website. We use shared Court Designer data to provide the share link you request.
Who May Receive Information
Inquiry records are available to authorized Huiyao personnel who handle sales, project support, website administration, or security. Service providers may process information where they provide website hosting, email, storage, security, or technical support. If you choose an external contact link such as WhatsApp, that service handles the information you send under its own privacy terms.
Keeping Your Information
Access to your inquiry and attachments is restricted to authorized personnel. How long we keep your information depends on the purpose of your request, any ongoing order or business relationship, and applicable legal requirements. You can contact us to ask about the information we hold or request its deletion.
International Handling

Website Analytics and Your Choices
With your permission, Google Analytics 4 helps us understand visits and successful inquiries. Google Tag Manager manages the analytics tag and loads only when Analytics is allowed. We do not send your name, email address, WhatsApp number, inquiry text, uploaded files or court design to Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Campaign Attribution is a separate, optional choice. It lets Huiyao remember campaign codes, advertising click identifiers where present, the referring website and the entry page during your browsing session. If you send an inquiry, this information is included with your private inquiry record to help us understand how you found us.
Ad Measurement is another optional choice and also enables Analytics. When allowed, Google Analytics and Google Ads may use advertising click identifiers and successful inquiry events to attribute results to ads. This does not enable remarketing, personalized advertising, Google Signals or contact-data matching. An earlier Analytics or Campaign Attribution choice does not grant Ad Measurement permission.
Choose Reject All to decline optional storage, Customize to choose each purpose, or Accept All to allow all optional purposes. Your choice is remembered for up to six months. You can change or withdraw it through Cookie Settings in the footer without affecting your ability to browse or send an inquiry.
When allowed, Google Analytics uses _ga and _ga_* cookies, which expire after up to two years. Advertising measurement may use _gcl_* cookies to remember ad clicks. Campaign source information is held in session storage for up to 24 hours, or until the browser session ends. Withdrawing a choice stops the corresponding collection and clears its browser storage. Information already included in an inquiry is handled under our Privacy Policy.
