Sample Policy

Huiyao Flooring offers free interlocking floor tile samples to support model, color, texture, and project discussions. Sample availability and terms for vinyl, rubber, turf, or another product system must be confirmed through an inquiry. International freight is paid by the buyer.

Normal Sample Quantity

For interlocking floor tiles, the normal reference is four pieces per model. The final sample quantity depends on the product, available sample stock, destination, and the details of the inquiry. A sample request is not confirmed until Huiyao reviews and accepts it.

Tell us the product model or application you are considering, the colors or finishes of interest, the destination country or region, and how to contact you. If you are unsure which model to request, describe the project and our team can help narrow the sample choice.

Freight and Dispatch

The approved interlocking samples are free. The buyer pays international freight. The shipping method, freight amount, dispatch schedule, destination details, and any other delivery terms must be confirmed for the request before shipment.

How to Use a Sample

A sample can help you review appearance, surface texture, basic construction, and color under the intended lighting. It does not confirm project suitability, installed performance, stock availability, compliance, or the final order specification. Confirm the selected model, color code, technical documents, quantity, and project conditions before ordering.
