Warranty

Huiyao interlocking sports floor tiles are supplied with a three-year warranty beginning on the shipment date.

Coverage for vinyl, rubber, turf, or any other product system must be confirmed separately in the accepted order documents.

The warranty applies together with the product, quantity, destination, installation, and other terms stated in the accepted quotation, order confirmation, or contract.

Warranty Period

The three-year period for covered interlocking sports floor tiles starts on the shipment date, not the installation date or date of delivery. Keep the applicable order and shipping records so the product and shipment date can be identified.

What Must Be Confirmed for the Selected Product

Before ordering, confirm the intended application, model, substrate or base, expected loads, site conditions, installation method, maintenance requirements, and supporting technical documents. Product suitability cannot be determined from the warranty period alone.

What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

Incorrect installation or unsuitable subfloor or base conditions.
Deliberate or accidental human damage.
Vehicles, loads, or uses outside the product’s designed purpose.
Fire, flooding, and other force majeure events.
Normal wear.
Minor color variation.

Contact Huiyao with the order reference and information needed to identify the product and reported condition. Any coverage decision and available response must follow the warranty terms in the accepted order documents.
