Shipping and Delivery Policy

Huiyao Flooring supplies international B2B project and distribution orders. Shipping arrangements depend on the confirmed product, quantity, packing, destination, payment, and order terms.

In-Stock Dispatch

Confirmed in-stock products are dispatched within three days after payment, subject to order confirmation. This is a dispatch timeframe, not a guaranteed arrival time. The order confirmation must identify the products as in stock and state the applicable shipping arrangement.

Other Orders

Custom colors, logos, court lines, packaging, molds, made-to-order quantities, or products not confirmed as in stock require a separate production and dispatch schedule. That schedule must be agreed in the quotation, order confirmation, or contract.

Freight and Delivery

The shipping method, route, destination, freight responsibility, delivery estimate, packing, and required documents are confirmed for each order. Transit and arrival can be affected by carriers, ports, customs, inspections, weather, and events outside the parties’ control. Any delivery estimate should be read with the terms in the accepted order documents.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The responsible party for import clearance, duties, taxes, brokerage, destination charges, and local delivery must be stated in the accepted order documents. Buyers should check destination requirements before confirming an order.

Delivery Details and Receipt

The buyer should provide complete consignee and delivery information and check that the destination can receive the planned shipment. Inspection, shortage, damage, and document procedures must follow the carrier documents and the accepted order terms.
